Panglao Bay reimagines the existing 90-room South Palms Resort into a diverse tourism estate.  A collaboration with Archiglobal Inc. the strategy for the development revolves around expanding the opportunities for the site beyond tourism. 

 

Envisioned as a future hub for Panglao, the plan proposes a resort town center and a mix of uses and activities that anticipates future urban and economic growth in the island.  The plan aims to propel the estate as a center of a broader economic base that can benefit the municipality, the province and the coastal environment in a more sustainable manner.
