Anticipating accelerated growth in the island of Mactan with the expansion of the Cebu-Mactan International Airport and the development of new transport infrastructure connecting the island to mainland Cebu and possibly Bohol, a framework masterplan was developed for the properties of Johndorf Property Ventures, Inc. 

 

Capturing opportunities for leisure/tourism as well as for commercial and residential growth, JLPD and Archiglobal Inc. developed a strategy for the landholdings of the client in the vicinity and developed a unique project proposition for each, forming a tri-district for Cebu.  An initial focus of the planning and development was the 33-hectare site in Cordoba and was envisioned as a leisure-oriented residential enclave.
