JLPD and Archiglobal were tapped as masterplanners for a 30-hectare estate south of downtown Cagayan de Oro.  The property shows a potential as a mixed-use district that can serve as the southern terminus to the growth corridor emerging from downtown.

 

A unique feature of the site is a dramatic 90-meter cliff overlooking the mighty Cagayan de Oro River.  The masterplan proposes to anchor the development with cliff-side retail dining and entertainment, serving as a new destination that can catalyze the development of mixed market residential and commercial uses.
