JLPD prepared a framework masterplan for a 300-hectare sugar estate in Talisay, Negros Occidental.  Anticipating significant urban development along the new airport road corridor, a strategy for development was formulated that can incorporate urbanism with the heritage of the site. 

 

The vision of a unique urban development that integrates commercial, residential and educational and tourist-oriented uses with urban agriculture was crafted.
